We offer a wide range of Dietetic and Exercise Physiology consultancy services. Please click on the links below to view more details about each service. And if you can't find one suitable to your needs, please contact us to customise a solution for you. Clinic locations are under the locations tab on the top right of the page. Home visits can be arranged on request however they are limited to out-of-work hours only, excluding Sunday. Phone consultations and other electronic consulting means are available, however usually I prefer at least one face-to-face consultation initially. Weight Management

Sustainable weight loss, achieved through a structured, supervised program. One on one accountability and regular appointment scheduling.  Length of program will vary depending on your desired weight loss. Programs have a discounted rate for consultations, private health rebates apply.  


 Nutrition & Dietetic Consultations

Accredited Practising Dieticians (APDs) are trained to assess nutritional needs. They also assist people to manage health conditions and diseases using food as Medical Nutrition Therapy. APDs help treat a wide range of conditions including diabetes, heart disease, cancers, gastrointestinal diseases, food allergies, food intolerance’s, disordered eating as well as overweight and obesity.


 Exercise Physiology & Injury Rehabilitation

An exercise physiologist is an Allied Health professional who specialises in the benefits of exercise to help patients get fitter for all around good health, or to treat patients with a medical condition through exercise. Exercise physiologists are knowledgeable about the effects that exercise has on the musculoskeletal system, as well as on the cardiovascular and endocrine systems.  They can prescribe a course of exercises for either fitness or rehabilitation. Pilates may be recommended, also home based or gym based exercise routines.  They can also advise on behavioural modification programs.  Exercise physiologists can treat medical conditions such as obesity, arthritis, diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, depression, asthma and cardiovascular diseases, as well as many other conditions.

 



Payment methods we accept 
We accept cash, credit cards and eftpos. We ask for payment to be made on the day of your consultation. 

Cancellation policy Please provide at least 24hrs notice should you need to cancel or change the day of your appointment. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the full cost of the scheduled appointment being charged.or.
